The Marrow Magazine
My love of food and travel led me to create The Marrow Magazine. The goal is to share the authentic stories that have inspired me from around the world. My most memorial experiences have been with amazing people around a table filled with delicious food. I have learned so much about these people and their culture through the food they make. Food is not only something you taste and experience but you put it in your body; it’s a very physical and sacred. The idea of ritual is especially intriguing to me and I apply it to my own life. Good food has not only exposed me to how others live but more importantly how I want to live.
My role in The Marrow is as editor-in-chief. I curate the content, seek out the talent, produce the shoots and sometimes even write and the content.
